Contract Reviews

Flat rate fee for initial contract: $800 (discounted to $700 for Resident Physicians)
Flat rate fee for each additional contract: $600 (discounted to $500 for Resident Physicians)

In order to provide a tailored contract review, it is important for us to get to know you as a person and a physician. This includes understanding your specialty, motivation for being a physician, your personality, your current responsibilities, and your career and lifestyle goals.

After the client makes contact to express interest in services, a questionnaire will be sent to the client by email to fill out (regarding the above noted information). Once the questionnaire is returned, an initial phone meeting will be setup to get to know the client, answer any questions about the service, and confirm required timing for service.

If the service is agreed upon, then the client will be asked to email the signed consent for services and the contract for review, as well as remit payment for the discussed service. Contract review will commence upon receipt of fees. Upon completion of contract review, client will be sent a contract report with recommendations. A follow up phone meeting will be arranged to answer any remaining questions.

General Consulting

Fee: $250/hour, rounded up to the nearest 15 minutes.

If the service is agreed upon, then the client will be asked to email the signed consent for services. Consultation can be conducted by phone or in-person (if in vicinity of Pittsburgh, PA) upon negotiation. Client will be invoiced for time spent upon completion of consultation.
